I'd argue that Pill's arm does not get enough attention.  Balls in front of him and down the line are easy doubles, even for average speed hitters, because after lumbering over there with no intent to rush, he throws a two-hop changeup.  He has a simply horrible arm for an outfielder.  Nothing about him makes him good outside of the infield dirt and Bochy needs to wake up realize that he is making everyone involved look like they don't have a clue.

I think Bochy has fallen so in love with the hitting matchups, that at the expense of the

defense, could end up being his job.   I think it is already proven that the giants made

a big mistake in not signing Beltran, who said he wanted to sign with the giants.
