Ouch, that's either a broken ankle or a torn knee ligament. Probably the former considering he couldn't put any weight on the foot.

So, assuming Buster's headed to the DL, :-(, and based on just having previously read the last column, "Tater Famine", can we PLLLEEEAAASSSEE get a Brandon Belt call up? The offense is dreadful and the kid can hit. The close games we used to win, we're losing now. Huff and Burrell are just NOT who they were LAST year. New year, different players. And Tejada! One of the hardest hits I've ever seen at home plate. My idea of running into the catcher is just that... running, with your feet ON the ground into the catcher. A collision. What happened here was a tackle at home plate, feet off the ground, missile into our franchise player. NOT baseball.
