Wishing all the BCB readers and other Giants fans a very happy Thanksgiving. We’ve got a lot to be thankful for — Grant points out an excellent case in particular — and I hope that everyone has a safe, happy, and fruitful holiday. It’s the time of year to catch up with loved ones and eat more cranberry sauce than thought humanly possible.
What are you thankful for as a Giants fan?
My list:
- Barry Zito only has 5-years left on his contract.
- Young pitching — Lincecum, Cain, Sanchez — take your pick.
- An improving farm system that includes players like: Madison Bumgarner, Buster Posey, and Angel Villalona.
- Pablo Sandoval, he’s just fun to watch.
