Baseball Team, Activate!
Opening day is here at last.
The Giants will kick of their season at 4:10 PM EST against some evil team. For the G’s Barry Zito takes the mound and opposing him will be that guy that dated Eliza Dushku. I’m not jealous. OK, maybe a little. I wonder if Brad Penny smells like fried chicken?
Will the Giants start their hellride into baseball purgatory today or will this scrappy bunch of scrapsters scrap together a few wins and in the process, win our hearts all over again? Only time will tell but I’m happy that baseball is back. The weather is warming up. Barry Zito is flicking curveballs and earning way too much money. All is right with the world.
